  Brad is great! His communication is timely and comprehensive. My buyer, who was from out of state, (and with a history in lending herself) was very pleased with his management of the loan process. In addition, he got us the 'clear to close' in less than thirty days and this was even during the holiday season which usually lengthens contract time in my past experiences. Brad is on my short list of "go to" lenders that I trust with all of my clients!!!

  Brad has helped several of my clients. One to remember was he helped my clients with a move from Arizona to KY! If Brad had not been the lender I’m not entirely sure the move would have been possible. His patience and thoroughness throughout the difficult transaction helped get my buyers to the finish line. I can’t forget to mention they were able to close virtually without having to come to KY!!

  The Mortgage experience with Brad Howard, in Lexington, KY, was absolutely fantastic!! He was upfront and honest when reviewing numbers and was candid about every part of the process! When you purchase something long term like a house, you want to make sure you are not being taken advantage of and that you are getting a fair deal!
