  Ashley was exceptional. I used Ashley as my lender for purchasing my first home. She was always available and easy to communicate with via phone.   I highly recommend Ashley Smyth with Bank of England Mortgage. She went above and beyond to help us get approved for our home loan. There were some hiccups along the way and never once did she tell us that she wasn’t able to help us. She recommended solutions and we were able to get approved thanks to her hard work and dedication to her clients!
