  Streamlined experience, with help every step of the way. The folks at BBMC were very thorough, and made sure that when we were ready to sign on the dotted line every issue had been thought of in advance. When a single form was left unsigned at closing, they even sent a courier to us to get it taken care of in a timely manner. On top of this, the people at the mortgage office were very responsive when it came to any questions we had or changes we needed to make.

  I worked with a great team while buying my house. They made time to be there when I could talk. Every time I called and said who I was they knew my account. Which is great because I did have to wait on just one person. They also repeated how everything was going to happen and then again (Because I just wanted to make sure). I worked with a bank before and it was like climbing a hill using one arm with someone hanging on you, but not with American Capital Mortgage Group. They will be the ones I go to when I move for a loan. This is a great company and great to work with.

  Absolutely great experience. The loan I was getting was pretty complex and Brad and his team really had to go to bat with underwriting to get the loan done. I can't thank them enough for their time and effort. Sooooo much better an experience than the last one I had with getting a home mortgage. These guys will definitely have my repeat business!

  I came across Brad Cullipher Mortgage Group on Zillow while looking for a home. I wanted to get pre-approved for a loan and decided to try them out. Phillip Balboa was the 1st to contact me and assured me that he and Brad Cullipher Mortgage Group could help me with my needs. Pre-approval was pretty easy and straight forward. And all along the way, his and others in the Brad Cullipher Mortgage Group did a great job to follow up on the process; making sure we had what we needed. And due to the competitive housing market we were out bid on a couple homes, and they kept were encouraging us during our rather lengthy house looking journey. Even though this was a different process for us being more 'digital,' there was never a shortage of personal touch by the folks at the Brad Cullipher Mortgage Group.
