  Fast, Efficient, knowledgeable, Very pleasant and respectful. Both Denny and Nate did an amazing job and Exceeded my expectations!! Denny did a great job when I called in and inquired about having an issue with my HVAC, He explained what was to be expected was very prompt with scheduling me an appointment, He showed Passion and concern about what worked best for me and what was the fastest way to get my system up and running correctly. Nate, was excellent He went above and beyond to explain to me what the issue was and how the issue could be fixed He explained everything in detail and he explained it in terms that I could understand he even went as far as showing me pictures of my issue and what it was supposed to look like!!! Very happy and satisfied! 😁 definitely would recommend!! 😁

  Great work. On time. Professional. Crew was polite and explained everything to me. Kept our cats safe while the work was being done. We had a mini-split added for our attic. Amazing so far! Went above and beyond to make sure the install was as cosmetically tidy as possible. Price was in line with other quotes and best of all, I had great peace of mind knowing I would not have to "manage" them doing the work. This is why we hire professionals because we dont have time to manage them and Bovard delivered 100%! Thanks so much! Had another job done the next year (new boiler) and the workmanship was fantastic again. Beautiful install. All new plumbing, valves, controllers, filters, etc. Very neat, clean, and tidy. No issues, and I can trust the crew will keep my home, our pets, and us safe. Thanks Bovard!

  Nate and Robert were extremely dedicated, hardworking, and professional. They ran into an unexpected issue when running a common wire to two of my smart thermostats, but they worked tirelessly and refused to give up until the problem was solved. Even thought the task took them an additional two hours, they still charged the original quote for the project. I will be using Bovard and especially Nate and Robert for all of my heating and plumbing needs from here on out. As a side note, Denny is always a pleasure to talk with on the phone and is willing to work with you to meet your needs and schedule. An excellent company all around.

  Great technician that diagnosed the problem easily and knew the product well. The problem was diagnosed 2 hours after calling and fixed another 2 hours after that.

  Called for overnight emergency service. No one answered. They advertise 24 hours service. Have had high recommendations. Rating as a result of needed help and no amswer.
