  As a member for over a decade, I can't say enough good things about APCU! They treat you like family, and are always greet you with a smile. Their staff are friendly and professional, and will resolve any issue you may have promptly, and to the very best of their ability. The service here is top notch, and I have never felt anything less than valued as a customer. I will never do my banking with anyone else!

  This a wonderful Credit Union! All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Your questions and concerns are addressed in a quick and efficient manner. I love the mobile app! It's very convenient to deposit checks without having to visit the Credit Union. I have recommended joining to all of my friends and family.

  This is a wonderful Credit Union. Polite friendly employees. Prompt service every time I call or go in the office. I have found the new app to be excellent!!! We can now do mobile check deposit which is just wonderful.

  I agree i have automatic payments come out on the same day as my auto check deposit and they ding my account for being overdrawn because they pull over the the pay outs and then pull over my deposits. Also i have made deposits on weekends in their night box and then have bought something and i feel if the money is in the bank i should be able to use it. But they dont.

  The credit union is a live debit card processor and makes available all funds on deposit when we receive them during actual business hours. Deposits received in the night depository will be credited to the following business day. If a debit card was used on a previous day the balance from that day is used to authorize the transaction.

  Don’t trust this bank when it comes to actually watching out for you. They don’t care about you. They won’t even keep your card from declining when you have money in your account even if you send an email or call when they are opened.

  The credit union is a live debit card processor and therefore has no control over authorizations from the networks. If there are funds in the account, transactions will not be declined. However, merchants can place a hold on funds until they send through the completed transactions. We are required to honor all holds until the transactions have cleared.

  Wonderful experience with this bank. Everyone here is very polite and helpful. I Have been a member for years. I would highly recommend banking with this establishment.

  They never have enough cash on hand. Worst place I ever banked

  We always have cash on hand to cash members checks and for withdrawals. However, it may be necessary to put a hold on an out of state check or a large dollar check until it clears. This is done to protect the credit union from fraud and losses related to fraudulent checks. Most banks and credit unions have a check hold policy, which may differ from bank to bank. Our prime concern is to provide service to our members while protecting the credit union assets.
