  The absolute worst experience with tax professionals I have seen. A recent email correspondence with a shareholder had my jaw dropped today with her childish, unprofessional and completely disrespectful demeaner came to play, IN WRITING. I expect much more class from the professionals whom I pay to complete my taxes on my behalf! It's disgusting! Vonda Modlin not only treated a client like a child, but she single handedly lost a long time client of this firm. Vonda will continue to lose clients for this firm repeatedly with her poor and distasteful behavior. This firm is NOT your advocate.

  I have never worked with a worse company - specifically at the company, Vonda Modlin. If she is doing your taxes - RUN. They will file them incorrectly, ask you for the same documents 100 times over and then act as if it's your fault that they messed everything up. You will have to dig up your past emails to prove that you provided everything correctly. I truly hope this company fires Vonda Modlin. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life for someone who is being paid a premium. We will 100% never be using Boulder CPA again.

  They force you to file an extension. They do not answer your emails in an timely manner. They charge you to learn new skills ( they charged me so they could learn to about cryptocurrency ) . They randomly add extra "service charges" to bills with no explication. The accidentally deleted my entire account profile. When I asked a tax question, I got a response of "you're smart, figure it out for yourself". Edit, I just informed them that I would not be using their services again this year, and they informed me that my account was deleted by them a few months ago. Note that they did not notify me of this at all, other then by me posting this review. Avoid using Boulder CPA Group at all costs!

  I have enjoyed the friendly services of Marc Carson and Associates, now DBA Boulder CPA Group, for over 20 years. I am incredibly grateful for all the help I have gotten from these folks, they know their stuff inside and out, and I feel their services are worth every penny. They have given me sound advice, and I consider them to be an important extension of my business. Thank you especially Ophelia Chu, I couldn't do it without you!

  Absolutely the best tax associates in Colorado. They will not only work with you but will do their best to save you money on your taxes. I love this company!!
