  I bought my home with Shane B. This was my 3rd home purchase and it was the best experience. Shane, was always available to pick up my calls and return my calls promptly unlike other loan ofc’s I dealt with. Shane even returned my call when he was on vacation! I could write on and on about Shane, but I’ll end it here in saying you will not regret doing business with Shane he truly is the best at what he does!!

  I seldomly write reviews but given that I'm coming up on 5 years now working with Shane and his team, I felt that this was way overdue. Shane's level of care, attention to detail, professionalism, industry knowledge and expertise are unmatched. In this competitive market, having someone savvy makes all the difference. Shane moves fast and keeps you in the loop throughout the mortgage process. He stays on top of every detail and is there for you every step of the way to answer any questions and address any concerns.   Shane Barker was incredible! First time using my VA Loan and he made the process so easy for me. He was always so quick to answer any questions or concerns I had and he even impressed my real estate agent because it was her first time using a lender that was out of state who was so efficient and fantastic at his job. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using Shane again on my next loan!
