  we came from out of town. m son found the car he wanted online that directed us to Boktor motors. we are weary about buying from small buy here pay here places but the price was right so we took the drive from Bakersfield, Ca, we had a hard time locating the car we came to see at first, but after several trips to overflow lots we finally located the Nissan we came to see. after seeing the car decided against it since it was in poor shape however we were shown other comparable Nissan Altimas and found the one we liked. All i can say is Obay the owner certainly knows what he is doing and is a good salesman. he didn;t want us to leave without being happy and made every effort to not only sell us the right car for the right price but to keep our business. we almost bought the same car from a private seller but Obay offered to run the VYN to make sure it was a legit sale. turned out to be a scam and Obay saved us from being taken advantage of. he was friendly, and convincing to say the least. discounted the car for us, gave us a 90 day nissan warranty and worked to keep us happy. I would buy from them again. Do not let the small lot with few cars on it discourage you. they have another overflow lot with several cars and they are more than willing to get you what you need at a good price! Thank you Obay and staff, great experience and my son is definetely happy with his car

  I went from 1 star and moved it to 5, the original car I bought fell apart and not only did Karen, Obay and Albert go way outta their way to make sure I took home the best car possible but they also made sure I was able to handle my payments and also check in on me to make sure my car is running as it should. Not only do I highly recommend Boktor but I will make sure I bring my friends here when theyre ready

  I loved buying my car here.Very, very low pressure and enjoyable experience. The direct opposite of the nightmare I had at another dealership we went to prior to here. Highly recommend!

  Bought a 2004 Volvo XC70 with 90k miles. Car looked in great condition in person and on paper (1 owner under 90k miles) and they reassured that it had passed a smog and safety inspection, they even replaced the ABS Module. A few weeks later the car began to misfire and took it into a Volvo Mechanic. I had to replace all fluids, timing belt, fuel seperator, etc. almost $4300 in repairs (nearly the full price of the car $4900). One of the worst financial moves in my life so far and its been 3 months and still haven't received the tags. Ugh!

  Very rude service. I received a call asking if I was drunk due to my disability my voice is not clear. They have the car and color but lost a sale. 200K+ car, you would think they were more respectful and educated.

I called you and you did not answer, then I received an email with a foul language which I responded back to you and again got ignored, so there is a big misunderstanding here to accuse us for something that did not happen. I follow up with all my leads and as you see my name is on every site you go on, and I have not heard your voice or spoken to you and I have repeatedly asked for you to call me back and you have been ignoring me.   This third party dealer *boktar motors * sold us a vehicle with a broken transmission even though they knew the car has this problem before they purchase it from Nissan dealership so they put it on their lot for sale without fix it . Stay away from boktar motors . I’m very disappointed.

  Hi Youssef, the first issue that was brought to our attention was close a year after her purchase 10/21/2019. Although the vehicle was purchased AS-IS meaning that there was no warranty and she understood that she was responsible for any repairs that the vehicle required. We have agreed to resolve the issue for her as a good faith gesture which you agreed to.   Dusty Car Buyerz, rebranded. Bought Xterra. Transmission blew up while THEY were driving it. They decided to "rebuild" the transmission, which took months. Turns out, they didn't rebuild it. Xterra broke down while driving across the USA. My newborn was in the car. These guys are terrible. EDIT: since they are also denying it, the salesman, Obay Alnajjad, is their CURRENT Sales Manager, so don't tell me it's new staff. You think people are that dumb?

Last time you were here was back in 2014, sorry you might have had a bad experience in the past. 05/09 Obay was with DUSTY CAR BUYERS!!! people are not dumb, people will come and realize that there is NO obay here!! and people understand they are buying a used car and people now get their cars inspected prior to buying, People are actually very smart!! You do not exist in our system!! you are looking for Dusty or Obay go search for them elsewhere, you will not find them here, its been 6yrs!!

  Looked at a car here, ended up buying something else, but they were friendly and helpful, car was mislabeled.

  I bought a car 3 months ago, and it was in an accident due to a hit and run. So Im back here and everything was processed when I came. Lovely people with great customer service.
