  This is the WORST location ever! They never answer the phone, not even the private intra-BOA phone number. I have spoken with support many times about this location. Please, Bank of America, CLOSE THIS LOCATION. Oh, and don't bother going on Saturdays, they are CLOSED and will not update their official hours!

  awful hours! how is anyone with a 9-5 supposed to get any banking done when we can’t come in before or after work - OR even on weekends???

  Costumer Service very unreliable and unfriendly! Banks have few people and they won’t take you without a preschedule appointment. Where is the money?

  One bank teller..... every, single, time. I have to make Deposits at multiple banks on a daily basis and this is by far the most frustrating branch to deal with. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes to get literally anything done. This branch has been like this since I started dealing with them a year ago... they have no intention on fixing anything.

  This location is much better than the North Hollywood BofA on Laurel Canyon as the line here is consistently shorter. The bankers are friendly as well making for a good visit each time.

  I walked in to deposit cash into my friends account, the person didnt know how to do it. Instead she tried saying, "its policy, we cant do it." I've done it many times. I was going to sign up for a checking account but changed my mind.It's pointless, if they make it difficult to deposit cash, of all things. Plus, there were 3 people working but only helping 1 person at a time. The line was long as hell, just for them to tell me, "we dont deposit cash"

  Closed on Saturdays, even though it says open. Go to a different branch. This is getting annoying BofA.

  No longer open on Saturdays which is very annoying and inconvenient for those of us who need to see a teller but have to work Monday-Friday when they are open.

  Every single time I come to this branch, they refuse to cash my checks and I have an account here. The Manager and 3 other Reps give me hassle, waste 1 1/2 hours of my time and also refused to speak with My payroll manager Who I had on speaker. It is completely unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL to refuse to speak with My manager to verify check and when I told Bank's mgr I never have trouble @ Tarzana location. Her reply was, go there then. I will BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE AND BBB. HAPPY NEW YEAR! YOU'LL BE HEARING FROM BBB SHORTLY.
