  The staff at Bank of England are rock-stars, they helped my aunt and cousin get the their first home in what seemed like a snap of a finger. Acting as an intermediary I had to relay questions my aunt and cousin had to BOE and they were super helpful, got responses almost immediately be it via email or a quick phone call. Jared and his team (Travis, Heidi and Alma) went above and beyond to to iron out every detail to get this loan from "cradle to grave" without any hiccups.
