  It was one of the wisest decisions I made to work with Mr. Christopher Harding (Bank of England). He is 200% committed to his clients and finds accomplished by full filling their needs. He always kept us informed in all stages of our home buying process and worked relentlessly until we put the last signature in the closing paperwork.   I have never had an easier experience with a Mortgage company. Shawn and his team were very accessible to answer all of my questions and they did great and even beat the timeline and were able to accommodate my need to move the closing date forward by one day. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for any future mortgages I might need.

  UPDATE!! We just closed on a refi with BOE. Was able to pull money out this time refi everything into one loan. Super easy experience and when Marcus laid out the scenarios with the detail he did, my wife was sold and mentioned how much she loved that! Two times we have dealt with BOE now and they are only getting better! Fantastic service from start to finish with BOE. Love the automated notices, the ability to track progress and responsiveness of Marcus, Shawn and the whole team! This was a seamless process, and the rate I got, WOW! Thank you again BOE, my family thanks you for making the process so easy and simple!

  This was my first home purchase which seemed like a daunting process given stories I have heard from people with mortgages from other banks...and that is even without a pandemic! Shawn made this such a smooth process and kept me informed along the way - super responsive and friendly. There were no bad surprises and there is nothing I could complain about if I tried. So excited to move into my new home :)
