  Jeff and Daniel were both knowledgeable and excellent communicators. They had their work cut out for them in working with this first time home buyer, but were extremely patient, explaining each step of the process. One or the other was always accessible by phone or email within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend them to my family and friends without reservation.

  Totally recommend Town Square Financial for your Home financing needs. Allen Moniri was very professional, friendly and very focused on getting me into my first home. He was excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire process of getting all parts of the paperwork completed. Very comfortable working with Allen and would definitely work with him again in the future.

  Yvonne was very helpful with any and all questions or concerns I had as a first time home buyer. Very attentive as to what I was asking and going in to great detail making sure I understood what was asked of me.   I found Town Square Mortgage staff, and in particular, Jeff Jannasch to be very attentive to our needs . He listens well, has great deductive reasoning skills and is very client focused. The support staff is, without qualification, excellent.   Gracie was absolutely amazing! Working hard and diligently so the process wouldn’t be delayed. We had a terrible experience with a different realtor and loan officer 3 years ago, and we were so scared and skeptical about everything. However, with Gracie we knew each and every step of the way. No bad surprises and we closed on our home the day we where expected to do so. If you want someone with experience, a great personality and positive attitude we recommend Gracie.
