  I drive by this credit union a couple of times a day and decided to google them when looking for a place to open a couple of savings accounts for my boys. I love the Parkies Pals kids accounts I discovered and opened for both my kids. Even better, they offer 24 month cerkidafits of deposit at a higher apy for children as well. I realized they saw my family as humans and not a number in a computer. Within a month I decided to personally open a savings, checking, refinance my Subaru (chase) new car loan, as well as open both a secured personal, and an unsecured personal loan all totalling over $40k. I already had a plan to be at zero debt within 48 months, now thanks to PCFCU and the much lower interest rates they were able to offer, I will be zero debt in 3 yrs or less. I cannot thank Sherlyn, Julie, John, Melissa, and I'm sure I missed one or two names lol who worked diligently to handle all the work I needed done to move all the accounts and pay off the other creditors. Again, they want to go out of the way to help you and your family financially if at all possible. I look forward to walking into Chase in the next few days and emptying those accounts and saying goodbye :-)

  Met with Greg at Douglas loop store. It was a very beneficial and enlightening meeting. He was there to help me with my financial questions. He explained everything in a manner I could understand.

  I love the new hours of the new location or breckridge road. The service is always on point. The only thing I dislike shout park community your pay is not posted to your account until the day of payday. Unlike my other bank witch is posted to my account the day before. Tho only downfall about this bank.

  Helpful staff. I like supporting credit unions, in general. I have a vote in how my money is used, what fees are addressed, etc. This credit union is no longer in the national credit union coop, so it's not the useful, close financial institution it once was for me.

  I have to give kudos to your personnel department. I am a senior citizen and am here to tell you that I have never had such delightful people handle my banking. The staff at your Popular Level location are the best.
