  Our experience working with Bo Chalich was for lack of other words, Awesome! Bo helped us through every step of the way! He was super easy to talk with and bounce ideas off of. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable! He took time to explain the answers to our questions in ways that helped us better understand. He helped us with our finances and guided us to a far superior outcome than we ever expected! Bo is now a family friend too and even took time out of his busy day after the sale was completed to have coffee, visit and see how we were doing in our new house! We'd love to refer Bo for anyone who wants to buy a house! Thank you Bo!

  If you are looking to buy a home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bo Chalich. As a first time homebuyer with less than perfect financials, Bo made the entire process easy. Bo makes it black and white. When working with Bo you really feel that he is in your corner. I was actually working with a different loan officer before Bo, but after a few bad encounters that I and my realtor had with them, we made the switch to Bo. That decision was easily the best decision I made during the process (or even in general). Simply put, we got a home because of Bo. I cannot say enough good things about Bo Chalich, but I will list a few. He is: Responsive Knowledgeable Understanding Down to earth Friendly Courteous If I had to create a catch phrase for Bo it would be this: "Loan officer for the people"

  Bo is great to work with and will move mountains to help keep you in the parameters for your lending needs. He helped my wife and I get into our first home and locked us in with a good rate and was available to help us at anytime of the day. He communicated well and was clear with everything that he did. We will definitely be working with him in the future because he is awesome!

  Fantastic experience, couldn't have been better. Bo was on top of everything throughout the home buying process, professional, timely, available, knowledgeable, and was straight forward about the facts and process. Bo went above and beyond, even staying afterhours to ensure the closing went through without issue after I had delays with the title company when selling my previous house. This is the best experience I've had with a banking professional and will certainly go through him for my next home purchase.

  I moved from out of state and had a tight time window. Bo was able to get me started on the loan process and worked with me every step of the way to make sure all the right info was communicated and collected then got me approved faster than I could have hoped. Would very much recommend to anyone in the Spokane area who needs help with home loans.

  Bo worked with my drastically different time zone issues, since I’m living in another country at the moment. We took care of everything through email and phone. Anytime I had a question or problem he called me back almost immediately to remedy any situation that arose, as well as locked in a great rate for me. His staff also got my paperwork to me very early to ensure we closed on time due to complicated matters out of our control.10/10 recommend. Great professionalism, and full of knowledge.

  Bo Chalich! What more can I say then he got it done. My mortgage was complex with lots of moving parts. I am self employed, and all of us self employed people as you know have the hardest time getting loans. Also, my purchase was contingent upon multiple other escrows closing. And finally the icing on the cake....I lived out of state and did this all over email and phone. Bo did an outstanding job. He was organized, communicated every small detail, and helped me in the areas I didn't understand. I would say that if you need an incredible home loan mortgage officer, you better call Bo. The process was a lot of work, but in the end, my wife and I got our new home in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. If I am going to do any mortgage work in the future, and I will, Bo will be the one I call.
