  The entire staff is just wonderful! So helpful and personable. Came in right before they closed and they were happy to help me with everything I needed. Never a bad experience with this place!

  2 stars for a bank for good reason. Avoid at all cost or it will literally cost you money to bank here

  We have had a great experience over the last two years with BMO Harris. They offer the same advantages of bigger banks, they have great rates, and their branches are small enough to know their clients. The location is also convenient. Highly recommended!

  Oh my gosh!!!!! These people are so rude! I cant believe what just happened to me at this location. I am so sad because we live close and its concenient but worth it to drive somewhere else for sure. Younger, red headed teller is ridiculously rude, unbelievable. I asked a simple question about a deposit (b/c they were discussing my checks not being endorsed so I wanted to make sure and do it correctly in the future ) and she snapped at me and said "I am making the deposit right now!". I have no idea what I did to deserve being spoken to that way. So tempting to call branch manager and complain. I see many other bad reviews so at least I know its not just me. I am appalled!

  Tha fact that they pretend to know and care about the customers creates a false sense of security making it even more disappointing when mistakes are made. I have had the displeasure of meeting with multiple bankers and the level of competency seems low... this is NOT a full service bank. BmO Bankers are just financial services sales reps and nothing more. Poorly trained employees, which after speaking on the phone with customer service seems to be the standard throughout the organization.

  Always great service! Cary branch is great! Friendly, attentive, helpful, and they have bent over backwards to help me on numerous occasions.

  Its proven to be a wonderful branch time and time again! I go out of my way to go to the Cary BMO bank if I have questions or a complicated questions because they are always very patient and kind. Thanks!!!
