  Ellen was professional, friendly and amazing at her job! She was very responsive to calls, texts and emails. We were denied by other mortgage companies but we came across Ellen and we were preapproved quickly. We just closed on our home yesterday and it was the easiest process.   Ellen was awesome and constant contact with us on our loan progress. Loan took only 3 weeks and there were times we were working and Ellen was able and willing to meet us to get our information. Highly recommend !!

  We were first time home buyers, and at every turn Ellen and Julie were quick to act and always accommodating. The speed of each step and efficiency was impressive. I have not experience that type of customer service in a long time. They made it feel like my wife and I were their only clients. We also had multiple curveballs that were thrown at us before the close and they always had an easy solution. I will be recommending to everyone I know!
