  Jerry Tribuzio is an amazing person to work with. I was connected to him through a 1st time home buyer website and I could not have been happier. He is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate side and mortgages. Jerry is very thorough when explaining options, and takes his time to answer all your questions and concerns. He is extremely responsive and is also very personable, which makes you feel like your speaking to a friend and not a sales person. Jerry truly cares about his borrowers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a home. Working with him was such a lovely experience and I could not have been happier.

  Several lenders told us we needed more liquid assets ($) before considering buying a home. Our family continued our search for a lender for over two (2) months, just as we considered giving up we met Jerry Tribuzio which was a absolute Godsend. We knew right away he was the guy we wanted to work with because he asked us what our goals were before asking us how much money we had. He provided exceptional support as we navigated through the process of purchasing our first home. He made us a priority by being available nights/weekends and was willing to spend the extra time on the phone with us to ensure our family's success. We were apprehensive about beginning the process however Jerry simplified the complex nature of buying a home and put us at ease. In the end, Jerry exceeded the goals we discussed at the beginning and we closed on our 1st home with zero stress, zero-down, and zero at closing.

  My personal experience with Jerry was phenomenal. I was a first time home buyer and was weary at first but, jerry took the time explain the process step by step and in depth.when I did have a question about anything, anytime of day... he responded in timely manner and in depth with the answer. He made the home buying process straightforward and simple. Overall great guy, a lot of knowledge on the financial part and the realtor aspect. I highly recommend him.

  Jerry Tribuzio was an amazing real estate agent to work with , he was helping me buy our first home. He showed me most of the homes during the beginning of my home buying process. His attention to detail and knowledge of the industry was incredible. He was very easy to get along with and very patient with me. I got all the attention I needed from him. He was patient enough to show me tons of houses and he was always checking with me and giving me advice on how to choose my home. I’m very happy with my home thanks to Jerry.   Jerry Tribuzio helped us secure our dream home! He is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions.   Our loan officer was Jerry Tribuzio, At first My husband and I just wanted to know what we needed to do to get ready for a home loan, not knowing that we were already eligible for a loan. We went to the website, left our contact information and soon after we were contacted by Jerry. He was really nice on the phone, gave us all the information we needed, told us we were pre approved for a loan and put us in contact with a realtor to start looking for a home. It felt surreal because it was happening. He was with us in the process from beginning to end. He was amazing giving us all the information we needed and what we needed to do at every steps of the way, he made sure we had all the documents we needed even before it was needed, and he was always available to us even though I am sure he had other clients be he made us feel like all that mattered to him was us and how to help us get in the home of our dream and we did. I used to here realtor say specially on TV that if you are a first time home buyer, do not expect to get everything on your wishlist but for us it was not the case. We got everything on our wishlist and that was in great part because of Jerry and I would recommend him to anyone who is a first time home buyer because he made the whole thing so easy that until today I still to not believe we are home owners.
