  The woman answered the phone was rude and just said hello and it was 30 min Before time for them to close she said call customer service she couldn’t pull my account up i knew something was wrong the BMO downtown gives me no problem only the highschool road.

  Although the name on the door has changed over the years, from 1st Indiana Bank to M & I, and finally to BMO Harris, the level of service has never diminished. Been banking at this branch for a long time. The Tellers are always smiling and welcoming. The Bankers are always genuinely eager to help with any issue. What more could you want? Thank you to the entire BMO team!

  When I decide to bank with a bank and not my credit union. I feel comfortable coming to this location. Everyone from the front door to the back door is friendly. I've been cashing checks there for almost a year. They all know me....

  Michelle is very rude anytime I have had to come in and deal her. She does not know how to talk to customers at all. Extremely poor customer service!

  I like this bank. I've been with them for 15+ years and they have never done me wrong. I always find them professional and courteous. I would feel just fine recommending this bank to a friend. I like this bank.

  Manager is very rude. Tried to cash a check written on that bank and they refuse to do it because it is a drive-through and you can't go in the bank and do any banking.
