  Kim Hockaday was amazing to work with! She's very helpful and friendly. This was, by far, the easiest mortgage I have ever done. They offered me several options for closing to make it as convenient for me as possible. I would absolutely choose them again!

  Dan Nicholas / Ruoff Mortgage rocks! Dan is extremely knowledgeable and responsive at most any hour of the day/evening. If needed, he can be instrumental in raising your credit score 10 - 20 points. Other lenders simply say "sorry, you don't qualify for this rate because your credit score is below 700" Dan cares enough to go the extra mile to show you how to raise that score and get a better interest rate...why...because he cares !! His team handles things professionally and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. I've never missed a closing date with Dan/Ruoff.

  Kim Hockaday is absolutely phenomenal to work with! Brittany Danz is great as well. Both loan officers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use Ruoff Mortgage especially the Indy West Location! You will not find better quality people anywhere else!

  We used Ruoff for our initial mortgage and then again a few years later to lower our rate and move from a 30 to a 15 yr. They are fast, efficient and walk you through ALL the options. Kim Hockaday is the best!
