  This one is the best BMO branch I've been to. Is pretty fast even when busy. I'm waiting for half hour now at a different BMO branch in Round Lake and it's super slow even thou it's not even busy. Hence why I made the review. Going to go back to using the one in lake villa again.

  Top-tier leadership is the foundation of any great bank branch. This branch possesses it in spades- as their manager Varsha is well-spoken, thorough with follow up, and comprehensive in her provision of solutions and sound financial recommendations for her clients. The branch is immaculately clean, and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Kudos BMO!

  Horrible customer service. I've been working as a essential worker during this time and needed to buy a car with my money yet these bankers wouldn't even let me withdraw my money because my ID expired and the DMV is closed !! Calling that a redflag. Now I'm done banking with BMO for my whole life because the car I was going to buy was already sold today. And I missed out on 2 days of work to do this !!!!. When I tell corporate why im leaving i will explain why . They never even told me about the option of using my mobile app to access the Atm ! They were very rude and unhelpful

  I like BMO Harris as a whole, but the staff at this location never seem to actually be helpful. They have no idea what's going on most of the time. You always have to get the branch manager involved since no one else has a clue.

  Such a wonderful staff always with a smile. The manager went out of her way to help with my account. They make banking fast and easy.

  Hire more people! Always have to wait at least 10 minutes until someone can help you. Especially on a Saturday! Horrible. I will switch banks if they do not fix this branch.

  I used to have to wait but now I make an appointment, so much better!! Plus my banker is very knowledgeable and personable! She's worth the wait. ☺
