  Sly and Gateway are great! He was able to get the clear to close on our new home in 16 days. He is clear, efficient, and only asks for documents once. Sly is pro-active, rather than re-active. When the inspection came back with electric issues, he's the one that suggested a closing credit that we ultimately got. Before I knew about Sly, I refinanced with one of the big on-line lenders. Sly beat them on everything- loan time, touch, communication, rate, and costs. I'd highly recommend working with Sly.

  I have known Sly for about a year. After we sold our house and found our dream house, Sly made the mortgage loan process extremely easy. Great communication, Sly was fantastic about returning calls and emails. We had an 30 day close on the house we purchased and we needed to be in that house before Thanksgiving 2012 or it would have cost us more money for the storage unit and the house we were renting, Sly made the approval happen and my wife and I are grateful for the effort he put in to getting all the paperwork in order. Sly was with us every step of the way and he also got us a fantastic rate! I would highly recommend using Sly for a mortgage loan!

  I have only positive things to say about my experience with Sly and the company he works for. I am a very recent home owner and Sly had a major role in making that happen. I was new to the world of home buying, loans, contracts and everything else and Sly took his time and explained everything to me, made things very clear for me. Another great experience was the fact that he helped me close in RECORD time, by being professional, quick to respond and creative in the way he handled my unique case. I can't put all the details here, but believe me when I say it was a record time. I am glad someone referred me to Sly, he did a great job and I will gladly refer him to anyone who comes my way.

  Sly and Melissa were a pleasure to work with both times. We have used them twice now and couldn't have been happier with their service. Sly and his team were available to answer all questions every day. They did not take longer than 15 minutes to respond to any email/call I had during business hours. They are very knowledgeable about the entire home buying/financing process. They really can work with you whatever situation you have. We will be back for sure!

  Sly provided exceptional service to my family in the purchase of our home. We had a very quick close planned and there were a few issues that came up along the way, but Sly deftly handled each one and we closed on time.
