Of the 3 banks I use, there is no question that this is the worst with respect to customer support. BMO Harris Bank has made 2 significant oversights with my homeowners insurance in the 5 years I have been with them. Coon Rapids management is mediocre. My 2-star rating is generous.

I have always come to this branch and everything was fine, but today there was a man who did not want to attend to me, he did not greet me and he skipped my turn and I felt a little discriminated against, I hope they put more qualified people
