Des Dlek1If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for 4:15 yesterday to open a checking account for my daughter. A woman called me at 4:18 because I was a couple minutes late and said it would be fine if I got there at 4:25. I get to the bank and a Darci refused to help me stating they needed an hour despite someone just stating it was fine. Single mom trying to open an account here for her daughter. Thanks for no help!

Caroline Baker5I chose a credit union due to poor experiences with national banks. I moved to Anoka from Hudson, WI 4 years ago. Looking for a new credit union near me, I chose Spire and I'm glad I did. I'd like to give a big "shout out" to an outstanding manager, Caitlan Nordlund, who went above and beyond to help me get the "hold" on an insurance check sooner rather than later. She listened to my "story", empathized with the situation, then actually followed through to ease my concerns. So grateful for Spire.

T.J. Haugan5I came to spire while I was looking for financing options on a new vehicle. Katie helped me a lot in getting me approved for a loan and even went out of her way to help me get a lower interest rate. When I came in to sign for the loan she had everything ready for me and made the process very quick and easy. I now have a nice new ride thanks to her. I like the fish tank too.

tom tommy1Spire likes to hold my money. They actually tell me its not "my money" as well. Even when you jump through all their hoops in order to get ahold of MY money they will make new excuses and I am still with no money in the end. Not the first time I heard of spire doing this to other people as well so I'm sure it won't be the last.

Question Everything5Been banking here for about a year now and needed a new vehicle after I lost my credit with no co-signer.. Tracee Jares went above and beyond and worked with me to get me approved for a loan and got me into a new car within a week.. thank you so much Tracee!! The new car was the best birthday present ever!!!!

Account access has been restored, but it will take time to post all pending transactions including ACH. We expect all transactions to post by end of business today. Sheldon Beedle1Very poor service. They treat there members very poorly. Also there fraud department is a joke putting holds on members accounts but can't tell them why just that they have insider info. Try to talk to a manager in a branch you get half answers and pushed out the door. Save your time and bank somewhere else!!

Darcey Donley1I use Spire to pay my car loan as they are an affiliate of my own credit union. I've been in to the Coon Rapids office on three separate occasions and on all three occasions I have experienced disappointing customer service. After the first visit I didn't think much of it as perhaps the associate may have been having a bad day. However on my second and third visits I experienced similar disappointing service. On all three visits I have had three different associates. Overall the service has been unfriendly and I left feeling as if perhaps I was not welcome because the branch is an affiliate of my own credit union. Not the welcoming, friendly service that Dan touts in the TV ads. I'm giving this branch one star as it's convenient for me to pay my car loan. After this third disappointing experience I will be setting up auto transfer to pay my car loan so that I don't have to go into the branch. On the same day as my third visit I also visited my non-credit union bank where I experienced stellar customer service which I recognized on my way out by sharing it with the friendly customer service associate who wished me well while I was walking out the door.

First Name Last Name1Extremely slow. Employees are not friendly or helpful. Treat you like you are inconveniencing them. The Manager is even less likely to assist if you ask for their help. The Riverdale Spire is just awful all around.
