Kathleen Murphy5I was in a difficult situation after my mother recently passed away and needed help in closing out her accounts. There were complications due to a VA benefit account. I was fortunate to get Melissa Garner as the banker in Germantown WI, who, through two meetings, spent hours with me and comforted me when things weren't going well...and neither was I. She was amazingly patient and working on the phone with main resources and legal team. Her determination to make sure I was getting what I needed when I was at a loss of what to do next. Thank you to having trained and /or aware of hiring people who know how to handle difficult and emotional situations. Her attitude was positive and relentless to see me through to the resolution of the accounts. Thank you!

Ash B.3I went to this location to pay a balance and the lady teller with the accent was kinda rude and unhelpful for no reason. Three stars because the inside was nice with sanitizer everywhere.
