Bradford Chirnside11 30.00 fee to wire funds. 2 Pride blow ups all over bank. Didn’t have these blow ups for Memorial Day for soldiers. 3 teller said banker must transfer. Banker said teller must transfer money. 4 went to get cash for a boat. Didn’t have it had to come back.

jillian calpin1They never have money have money when I go in there and tell me I have to order in advance so I called a week early to be able to withdraw $5,000 and they say they won’t have that much money until next month. They’re a bank… every time I need to do anything bank related I have to drive up to the BMO in Sarasota. They are also usually very hateful and difficult to deal with. Worst bank ever

Jean-Pierre Drevillon1I read the critics and i see i am not the only one with problems with them... I had an account in a Mesa Az branch, they cashed a forged check on my account. A 5th grade kid would have seen it was forged but they didn't... it also took 6 months and 4 phone calls to make an address change... and so on... Go to any bank but them

Kevin Ballantine3Came here with my girlfriend so that she could take her state exam. I sat on a cement bench near the front entrance, and contemplated going down the street to the mall. The architecture of the building is nice, and I can't really speak about how the people are. Just my impression as a visitor. You think they'd have brochures or something. There's a Florida Weekly paper to read, I guess.

robert whidden1THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY. They have messed my account up and locked my card for no reason for 2 weeks straight. They keep reseting my pin without authorization

Christa McElroy1I have been trying to call them for weeks, dozens of times a day, at all different hours. No one answers. I realize the situation we’re in makes everything difficult, but this is no way to run a financial institution.
