  Had an account for two weeks. Work deposit money into the account and I couldn’t even use my money. When I visit the brach, all I got was “someone will call you”. Call support line and I got the same message. I’m already a week late for all of my bills including mortgage, cars, and credit card. Will not use this bank ever again.

  I'm surprised by these low ratings. The tellers here are actually really nice and do their best to help their customers. There can be a wait at times but I don't mind waiting if I know I'm going to get the same quality customer service when it's my turn. The branch is small but the customer service is Great! Hat's off to Tarasha, Angelo and the Manager that took over for Erika.

  Angelo Lopez is not our normal banker for our non profit but he stepped in and did a phenomenal job on mitigating a potential fraud claim we thought we had. He was professional, acted quickly, and followed up until our issue was resolved

  I've never had an issue with the staff. If you're in a hurry and get here late in the day on Saturday, you'll probably going to have to wait a bit. For some reason, people like to open accounts late in the day.

  The customer service is really bad here, not even a greeting by the staff, they see me walk in no eye contact whatsoever, the layout is bad as well. Please work on the customer service no matter of the color of someone's skin we appreciate being appreciated.

  This place feels more like a DMV than a bank. It's crammed into a small space in a strip mall, but you know, it gets the job done.

  The worst store manager and co- manager i had ever deal with ! They let me wait for more than 30 minutes without answer then I just left !

  This bank has only one banker I was waiting for about 45 minutes and to make things worse I'm pregnant, to top it off it was hot and humid.

  Waiting... Geez the teller enumerates all members of her family... The atm doesn't work
