"I have never had a good experience at this BOA and will never return again. Every single time I am in there, there is an issue and the service is extremely slow. If you are making a single deposit they literally count every check individually one by one as if it’s 1950 which is why the wait time is generally 30 minutes at minimum. Every other BOA I am in and out in a second… they do the deposit and if there is a mistake they correct it. There is also always an issue . For example, once a deposit had the previous days date on the deposit slip as I didn’t get to the bank that day. They made a huge issue for it being the wrong date saying we can’t make this deposit . Seriously just change the date to today. Hello? This is not an issue at all. They are not friendly in the way they address the problems and there’s always always something wrong. By always, I mean I have never done anything in there that was smooth sailing . There is one lady who is never nice to me. Any issues that they present , I have gone to other locations for and they were not an issue at all. Also I never write bad reviews , unless the poor service is consistent and has really made my banking experience significantly harder than it should be ."
