Christine H1Very rude customer service. From tellers to banker. I have several accounts at BMO and when I asked to add on account I was treated as if I was nothing them or inconveniencing them. Every question I asked they answered like I shouldn’t be asking them. Will never return. Will look to remove accounts from this bank to other. Agree with the other couple posts and reviews I saw about Alexis being the rudest. Damaging to the bank’s brand.

Rob Pento1I came to the bank on 4 May to pay my property tax. I was told I was too early, and come back on 7 May. On 7 May, a teller called in sick. I waited in line for 30 min since they were short on tellers. I got to the clerk and was told: the teller that is out does property tax payments, we can't process this now. I said: then put a sign on the front door and let everyone know, so they don't need to wait in a queue for 30-45 min to be told they can't be serviced. The incompetence at this branch is astounding!!!

Vanessa MK3Short on tellers again! But, Lynne is great!! Handling it all very politely. (Was going to give this branch 1 star, but Lynne was the only reason to boost up to 3 stars) A guy in a tie offered to help, but he didn’t know how to do what the tellers do. Two words: CROSS TRAINING. Upon walking in, I looked for the banking slips, no slips, then a teller said “we have a new system”. Then, teller had to tell people where to stand (farther back for privacy). Suggested improvements: 1.) Signage or notes 2.) Cross training 3.) Treats, praise and/or a raise for Lynne and anyone else who had to put up with it all! (Not her fault for any of this - easily remedied by corporate!)

Elizabeth 17085Great customer service! I have never had any issues with BMO Harris for over 15 years since I started banking with them. Beata is the best and the most professional and patient teller I have ever seen!

Tim Smith1ALEXIS BOEHM AT LAKE BARRINGTON SHORES, IL ... WORST BANKER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. SHE NEVER DISCLOSED THE 2.00 PAPER STATEMENT FEE, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT PAPER STATEMENTS WHEN I OPENED THE ACCOUNT. THEN SHE WANTS TO CHARGE ME $50.00 FOR CLOSING THE $40 I OPENED THE ACCOUNT WITH. DEBIT CARD I WAS PROMISED NEVER CAME, 2 MONTHS LATER. AND SHE HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE LIKE YOU WERE BOTHERING HER, I WILL NOT BE DOING MY MORTGAGE OR INVESTMENT BANKING WITH BMO. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND WAIT JUST TO MAKE A WITHDRAWL. WAKE UP BMO, YOU JUST LOST MORE BUSINESS TO CHASE!!

James Jarvis5Went to the bank in response to a promotion on a money market account in October of 2017. The people were very friendly and the service was excellent. I moved all of my accounts there.
