  Walked in at 4:45PM to open an account had all documents needed however they refused to help me because they close at 5:00PM and they stated it would take 30 minutes. It is my understanding that if you close at 5 you stop serving new customers at that time but you should help the customer that walked in before that.

  Used their drive up atm early this morning to deposit a large amount of cash. The machine was having trouble processing the transaction and it wasn't posted to my account. I used atm machines for over 20 years and never had a problem. I had to call the 800 number to get the credit. The credit won't be available until 11pt est! Unacceptable! I called the branch manager Paul to complain about their negligence. He didn't seem to care about having their atm machines maintained. The customer service at the Chase bank in Cary is A LOT BETTER!! I am definitely changing banks after this. This is totally unacceptable!! Beware of the Chase bank in Wauconda!

  I have been a customer with Chase for over 25+ years. I am never disappointed with their customer service, staff, and managers; they all provide very good customer service. I often see the Manager, Paul, and banker, Julie, who are both wonderful. They are a huge asset to the bank: attentive, helpful, humble, acquainted, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of customer's needs. Words can not express how great their service is. I'm thankful for all the assistance they have provided at the Wauconda, IL bank and highly recommend anyone to this bank.

  I opened a new checking account and deposited a large amount from my Business account. My business account is with another bank and has a high balance. The employees as well as the bank manager Paul advised me that there would be a 10 day hold on clearing the check. I asked is there anything I could do to get that rushed, so I can have access to funds? They gave me the run around and had to waste half my day off getting them what they told me they needed! In the end I still have to wait the 10 days and all they could say was "we're sorry for the inconvenience"! I submitted a formal complaint to Chase Corporate and advised them of the incompetence of that branch! Their employees and manager should be better trained and more knowledgeable on bank procedures. That would surely improve their customer service! *I would have never opened the account having known this information sooner!*

  I couldn’t get a withdraw at the window because I have an account outside of Chase. I have been here 2 times and didn’t have problems withdrawing money at the window. I was told I could use the atm inside and I did. I put my card in the atm and the money I tried to withdraw got STUCK in the machine. The manager couldn’t help me because I don’t have an account with chase. Now my money is stuck in a machine that A lot of people have access to. I have the proof that I tried to take money out. There WAS NO sign stating issues with the atm.

  I'm not a fan of this branch, they don't fulfill actual requests and services they are supposed to provide. It has been 10-12 days since i was at the branch and filled paperwork and thought all my requests we're put in the system, i was told that everything is set and i would receive my cards in the mail within 3-5 business days but have not received anything. So i called the customer service number and they told me that nothing was actually changed on the account, so now i have to take the time again and go back to the branch to re do everything.

  tried to get a debit card twice for a shared account with my wife! I ended up going to Lake Zurich Chase instead, the service there is much better then the Waconda Chase.

  I've always had good professional service from this staff but I have to give an extra thumbs up to Julia N. for her always prompt, always thorough and always appreciated service! Kudos!
