  The tellers and management are horrible! I am super disappointed in the way they treat their customers. It was sad to see the way this bank runs and treats its customers- in this case my mother- who runs a business and has cash deposits on a busy schedule. I am going to company her and close her account. The way they treated her is unacceptable and higher management will be reached out to.

  Great bank with amazing products and staff. Highly recommend them for all banking needs. One of the highest savings yields and awesome investments and CDs. Their bankers are knowledgeable and friendly. Their tellers are friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable about recommending products.

  Great products compared to other local banks. Always friendly staff greeting me when I walk in. Lines always short and I'm able to take care of business and out quickly. Only downside is there is no coin machine anymore.

  Local branch has friendly staff. Online and mobile banking is broken and call center has never been able to properly resolve issues. Multiple technical issues. Withdrawing all of our funds with this bank tomorrow.

  After being a loyal bank customer with them BMO Bank Harris, I concluded my relationship with them by closing my account today. I had planned on moving both my investments and mortgage through them, but ran into an issue with the servicing of my account. The follow through with the customer service call center team was terrible and they don’t empower their employees to make things right. Therefore, I will never promote them as a bank and will use every opportunity to share my experience with others.

  Amazing customer service in branch, everyone knows your name and treats you as an individual not a number. Big bank with a small bank feel.
