  Staff inside is pretty nice, but REALLY don’t like the fact they don’t offer complimentary counter checks. They wanted $5 or $10 for a cashier’s check or money order. They don’t even offer personal checks for purchase at the branch. How ridiculous! I’m glad Chase bank does this and will be moving everything over to them. Chase has complimentary checks if you ask nicely for them, especially if you haven’t asked for them before. :)

  Today I used their ATM to withdraw money and was charged $2.00 which I didn't mind because they were close by and thought I would go through the drive through to get a fifty dollar bill that I wanted for a gift to put in a card. They wouldn't give one because I didn't bank there. Really! All I wanted was a fifty and ten dollar bill for three twenties . bunch of B.S. I I was a paying customer because I paid two dollars to use their ATM! Never again!

  I called customer service to order more checks due to having misplaced my check book... I recently moved and knew the book was somewhere in a box, however I needed to write a check for some bills asap and thought it may be better to order a new book as I didn't have time to unload all the boxes. At this the representative froze my account. I wrote a letter requesting to unfreeze my account, had it notarized and mailed it in as I was instructed. It has now been 10 days. I still do not have access to my account, my bills are overdue, I've spent countless hours on the phone and on hold hoping to get some indication as to when I will have access to my money. No one is willing to help me. Worst experience ever. I will be closing my account if and when I ever get access to my money.

  I used to be able to access my BMO accounts easily, but now the process is all screwed up! Thank you BMO, you must have brought in people from the U S government to help screw things up.
