  Great local bank. Extremely friendly, well trained staff all around. My daughter recently opened her first accounts with Suzanne and she was exceptional! So helpful and patient, a real class act. Highly recommend.

  Our experience with Bank Five Nine has always been exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We recently opened new asset management accounts through Suzanne. She was professional and thorough helping us understand our options and respectful of the time we had available.

  Highly recommend this branch! The staff is both friendly and efficient. Whether I have forgotten my PIN or have a question about my account, someone is always happy to assist and get the matter resolved without any trouble at all. Big thanks to all at Bank Five Nine!

  After telling us they service their own mortgages they immediately sold our mortgage to Suntrust. We wanted a mortgage with a local bank not a huge corporation and now we have a mortgage with a bank where we're just a number that doesn't even have an office within 500 miles. Update: things are even worse. Suntrust is awful. I am having a horrible experience with my mortgage.
