  The Crete branch said they were busy and sent us to the Chicago Heights branch saying it was down the street. My wife and I proceeded to the recommended branch only to have the same problem. The guard provided instructions not bank staff. We waited fifteen minutes for a chance to open an account but left after being ignored by banking staff. The commercials aren't true this bank is too busy to do business with regular people. Especially since there was nobody in the waiting area.

  The Chicago Heights Branch is my favorite location. All of the employees are friendly, kind and always professional and before you walk away they always ask if you have questions or if they can assist with anything else! They are great! I do miss Ms. Jasmina but I know that I can visit her at a different branch. Good luck Jasmina! See you soon! Annie

  This is my favorite branch to walk into. In Chicago Heights I am also greeted hello from secrurity to banks and tellers. The tellers and this branch are so pleasent and helpful to their customers. They make you feel like part of a family not just another person.

  This is not the place to open an account. Me and my fiance came in to open her an account. The guy we opened it with basically took her phone like she was unable to download the app then went though her emails just was shocking to me. She had a check 10k then this guy felt that cause how we were dress, her job status or perhaps our color whatever the reason he places an extreme hold on the check instead of calling the issuing bank to verify such a large deposit. Any how this was on the 4th of May for the deposit it took till the 17th of May for it to be released. So as i say avoid this branch, the one in Matteson or Homewood would be a better choice.
