  The place is very clean, fast and friendly service. There are employees who speak Spanish and they have several offers when you open an account with them, you have to know them a well established bank with very good service, a mask is required.

  I'm giving this location 5 stars for customer service provided by Jordan. My husband and I recently purchased a business in Palatine and I was looking for bank zipper bags to make deposits. I had asked the Palatine location, which said "they would look into it" (a few times,) I asked the Cary location (where we live) and was told we would have to ask the Palatine location because that is where our business is located, I asked the location next to the Walmart in CL and was told they didn't have them so I started thinking there was something wrong here... Was I asking for something strange? I had used these bags for many years before I owned the practice, making deposits for the previous owner. I finally tried this CL location and thankfully ran into Jordan, who also told me they didn't have the bank bags I was asking for BUT SHE offered to ORDER them for me and call me when they arrived! She did just as she promised and in working in customer service for most of my life, I know this is exactly what she should have done. But because good customer service seems hard to come by these days, I'm giving a shout out to Jordan, THANK YOU for all your help and for doing your job well!

  I don't visit this branch often, but whenever I do, I am always greeted warmly and the staff are very respectful of my time; not only are my financial transaction needs met, but I genuinely feel they appreciate my business.

  My wife and I went there to open an account and Jordan was very helpful, professional, and made it fun (considering how boring it is to do anything at a bank), also was so great with our 3 year old daughter. I highly recommend this location and seeing Jordan.

  This branch has been extremely helpful and courteous when it comes to newcomers. The customer service was wonderful, mine being provided by Monica. Highly suggest her!
