  The group of people at A10 Capital have been amazing to work with during these trying times. As a CPA I worked with a lot of clients obtaining PPP loans and A10 was top notch. They continually updated their system as more information was released, diligently communicated throughout the process and processed people into the Q very quickly. I referred several clients to them with some receiving loan numbers within 24 hours, absolutely amazing. Thank you all for such hard work.   A-10 Capital successfully processed our company's Paycheck Protection Program stimulus loan in a matter of hours! The staff was professional and extremely efficient with their attention to details so that the loan went into the system trouble free within hours, and we were funded within a matter days. I don't think a commercial bank can achieve the same rate of success as quickly as A-10 Capital. This company has made a huge difference in the lives of our employees and my company's doors are still open for business because of their earnest efforts to helps quickly as possible.

  A10 Capital was amazing in securing our SBA Payroll Protection Loan (PPP) in a fast and efficient way. They are courteous and extremely responsive to all inquiries. They kept us up to date on all steps of the processes which soothed our nerves in these trying times. We cannot express our gratitude enough for their speed and communication. We felt like we were part of their family and would definitely recommend their services.

  Belle and A10 Capital did a remarkable job getting us our PPP Loan. We were some of the few businesses in our area that were able to get the first round of the PPP Loan. They were thorough, efficient and stayed up all night the last night submitting their client's (including ours) loans. They gave us exactly the guidance we needed to be successful and get all the paperwork and documentation done quickly and correctly. We have an existing SBA Loan with Wells Fargo who was 100% USELESS and after 3 weeks we finally gave up on them. We contacted A10 Capital late in the game but they still processed our application and submitted it all in the span of 3 days and we were funded 9 days later. THANK YOU A10 Capital!!!

  PPP loan supposed to be forgiven for small amount without any documents however A10 is trying its best to earn huge profit from customers by giving hard time not forgiving their PPP loan and will put hold flag for no reason. They are arent even ready to process PPP loan forgiveness.

  A10 handled my SBA PPP process in a faster and more streamlined fashion than two of my conventional banking relationships. A10 was extremely nimble, and where some lenders asked me to redo my application four times, A10 was one and done. Highly recommend them.

  A10 stepped up and helped with the SBA PPP loan when everyone else was slamming the door shut. They worked tirelessly, stayed in constant communication, embraced the idea of 'we're all in this together' and truly save the day for so many. The SBA should take note: A10 rolled up it's sleeves & saved the American Dream without a single barrier to entry-.   A-10 Capital was amazing, fast and professional and personal when my company applied and was able to get a PPP Loan. Scott Graves was great at replying fast, and almost at any time of the day or night. I would use them again and again any time. I would even refer my mother in law to them :-)

  Our accountant recommended A10 Capital. Very impressed. Application was efficient. Ken always responded promptly to my emails and phone call. When the second round of funding opened, they worked to get our application submitted. We got word the 2nd day new PPP loan money was available that we had been approved. What a relief! We are so impressed that a company that we had no relationship with before, worked so hard for us. Totally Grateful they were here, as our bank we had a relationship for with for 23 years didn't submit our application during the first round of PPP funding.

  Truly above and beyond. Ken step in to help us out when another bank made a truly horrific (and unethical) error on our application. He is exceptionally well versed all the rules and laws that govern the PPP and forgiveness process. He's been accessible almost at any time of the day or night. It's been a dream to have a banker who will actually respond to calls and thoughtfully help formulate a strategy. I would give him ten stars if I could!
