  Blue Ribbon Mortgage, particularly Christina Riemenschneider my mortgage banker, delivered white glove and astute service, combined with fast and accurate execution. Christina is the quintessential relationship professional, caring exclusively about her client(s). I've been in the (wholesale) banking business (NYC) for more than 30-years (my wife and I just purchased a 2nd home in SD with Christina's assistance), and I am hard pressed to remember someone with Christina's skill set. I give Christina Six Stars and would strongly recommend to anyone seeking a residential mortgage product to connect with her - skillfulness, knowledge, honesty, and timeliness are her credentials; how can you beat that!

  Christina has not only done one mortgage for me, but several! She is the reason I will always chose Blue Ribbon for my future home buys. She's knows all the back doors and routes to get you the loan you need and at a phenomenal speed! She's kind, friendly, and treats everyone with high respect!   I just purchased a home with Christina's help. Blue Ribbon was exceptionally easy to work with. Blue Ribbon was quick to answer any questions I had. They helped me work through the financing options and explained the pros and cons of each option. I would recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone looking at a new home purchase.

  We bought our first home! This is the best feeling ever! Anyways I was only able to accomplish this with the help of Blue Ribbon Mortgage. Christina is AMAZING. I know going into something new is scary especially if your purchasing your first home. She helped me with the while transition. She answered emails promptly. I asked ALOT of questions and she didn't make me feel like I was a burden. She really cares and it shows. So if your looking for someone DTOP researching and call Blue Rinnon Mortgage. They really are AMAZING!!! I never write reviews but they truly deserve one. I just wish I could give more than five stars.

  Melody with Blue Ribbon was an absolute life saver. She made moving from out of state a piece of cake and so easy. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Melody made financing understandable, and made sure we were getting our best bang for our buck. I would highly recommend Melody as your go to gal when it comes to purchasing a home.
