  Brandon and Jennifer were really helpful throughout the process of me refinancing. They did such a great job the first time that i went with them again with the interest rates currently being so low. Every question I asked got a reply in a timely manner and they were willing to work with me on some changes I wanted on loan. Great people Veteran owned company that i will recommend to friends and family who want to refinance or purchase a home.

  The easiest and smoothest refinance I have ever experienced, and I have experienced many. I got an amazing mortgage, and all the support I needed from Brandon and the staff there. They were very responsive, and got back to me in a very timely fashion, every time I left a message. I would definitely recommend them without reservation. They answered all my questions, and they provided a very simple process for my refinance. They deliver!

  I came across Blue home loans along side a dozen other lenders. Most spammed me relentlessly but brandon just sent important new low rate emails. When the timing was right for me, I reached out to Brandon and told him what the minimim rate I needed was. Fast forward 3 weeks, I closed my refi at an amazing rate and an amazing cost. Ive recommended him to others as well and will continue to recommend blue home loans to others.

  Done a couple refinance with Brandon and his team because he has beaten all the other companies quotes I received. Great service and responds to all my questions right away.   I'm not sure how long I've been using Blue Home loans but I know I wouldn't trust anyone else for my home purchasing or refinancing needs! They are thorough, they are honest and frankly they've always helped me save money. Unlike other companies I've used, they're always in communication with you on the status of your loan and it's just always a smooth, swift process. Did I mention how thorough they are?! I say that because they're not constantly asking for the same paperwork over and over, similar to companies (WF) I've used in the past. if you are in the market for a new home, or looking to refinance, I suggest you give Blue Home Loans a try. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

  Amazing company and support! We refinanced our house with a VA IRRRL loan, and Brandon, Cherrie and everyone were great! They answered all of our questions, worked with us, and made sure we were taken care of. The process was super simple and quick, and they walked me through all the forms and answered any questions I had on the spot. They got us a great rate, and greatly reduced our monthly payments. I have been recommending them to all of my friends, and can't say enough great things about them!

  We worked with the Blue Home Loans (BHL) team to refinance our mortgage; they were professional, quick and efficient! BHL was able to obtain an incredibly low interest rate for us, which lowered our monthly mortgage payments by over $300. Excellent service; we could not be more pleased.
