  About Time Someone Put Something Positive . Ms. Bailey One Of The Tellers Is Awesome At What She Brings To Wellsfargo .... Great Customer Service, Very Personable And Real Concern To Make Sure I Leave This Branch Happy. So I Hope The Branch Manager Or Above Like Their Corporate Office Realizes The Bright Future She Brings To Wellsfargo And They Do All They Can To Keep Her Around Career Wise.   I came in to Wells Fargo to get a loan for a new car. I was worried about my limited options that I thought I would have but Sean spent the first day filling me in on all my options and then recommended what turned out to be best for me.   I have my account with WF since forever ago. In the last 2 months I was traveling abroad and when I come back I have almost $100 btw overdraft protection fees and maintenance fees. I have about 15k with them.So I call my branch in SanClemente @ Camino Real and explain my situation. The answer : we can definetely take care of this, come to the bank blablabla. I don t want to go to the bank, it s far from where I live now ( Huntington Beach) so the guy told me to go to any Wells Fargo bcz he cannot solve by phone. Question : if I want to borrow money, buy life insurance would he tell me to go somewhere else. Also...what would they tell me in person they cannot tell me by phone?Good bye WF...waste clients is your problem, I am not the one who have goals to open acc, sell credit cards, cds, etctecetecet....

  Hey "daniel" the teller who took my deposit 9/1/12 It's none of your damn business "how long the funds will be staying in my account" I guess that all depends on how fast the hookers and drug dealers get down there to cash the checks. In the future STFU stay outta my business and do your job. This is why I usually wait for one of the three tellers who I personally know to avoid idiots like you.

  Not much to like.. Never enough staff to handle bank volume. And how about y'all stop with the 2-3 open windows and five people just standing around..
