  My husband and I are in our mid 20's and were looking to buy our very first home! After getting our hopes up a few times our realtor got us set up with Blake. Wow! From the very beginning he was so encouraging and such a hard worker. We had a more difficult case than most and each step of the way Blake and his team were on it and explaining things to us in terms we could understand. He went out of his way to make sure we were understanding the process and was available every time we had questions. We 100% recommend Blake and his team if you are looking to purchase a home! They fought to make our dream come true and he even gave us shirts with his face on them! hahaha :)

  Blake was wonderful to work with. I was so stressed about the mortgage, but Blake (and his team) made the entire process a breeze. He explained everything as we went along and was always available to answer questions. He even gave us a box of amazing little bunt cakes as a closing gift.   After being denied a loan from a different lender, due to having a unique income situation, our realtor recommended Blake. Blake's and his team were able to take over very quickly and work with our unique situation. He was very thorough and friendly when explaining the process to us. He was able to get us closed just shortly after our original closing date, which was amazing, since the other lender had been taking much longer.
