  I was greeted immediately after exiting my truck by a friendly sales rep. I explained that I wanted to talk to the service department and was escorted to the service inception area immediately and was introduced to the service writer. My needs were met (appt for warranty work) great work by all that I encountered. I'll be back!!!

  Will not return. [ from here forward is an edit from my last visit. I did return because they damaged my wheel locks and possibly my bolt threads on a simple tire rotation... ok back to original review] I am here from Houston. Came in for an oil change. They require you to make an appointment, and I was right on time. I sat there waiting for 2 hours for them to finish, while i watched the entire staff screw around. Why even make an appointment??? Places like this are going to make my next vehicle a Chevrolet...

  I have purchased my last 3 vehicles through this dealership. I always go through Jo Anthony Zamora and I will continue to go through him for my future vehicle purchases. He goes above and beyond to find me exactly what I’m looking for. If anyone is looking for a new, or used vehicle Jo is definitely your guy!

  Ward service manager was very unprofessional and just generally didn't care about me or my truck. Drove my truck in for an oil change and was told it also had a recall for the door latches. I was told I needed to drop off my truck and they don't have loaners for me to drive. Told him I needed a vehicle to drive and he oh well cause they don't have loaners. He was not only rude to me but also to my favorite sales lady sandra. The service lady was very nice and sat back when the idiot manager started to talk digging himself a hole. Sandra told me to come inside and she talked to the sales team and was able to get me into a loaner vehicle. You might be asking why do I keep coming back. The sales team, service dept (besides ward), and Mike one of the managers. Listening to Mike talk about the dealerships mission statement to go above and beyond to help customers and build a bond that they want to come back. I know Mike and made a phone call. Have to say I didn't want to make that call to him but figured her needed to know about this. Mike didn't make any excuses for wards actions and apologized up and down. Because of the help and generosity of the service team normally, Mike and sandra I keep coming back. If you have a bad experience talk to the sales team or ask for Mike. I'm sure they will make it right.

  The other day i went to the dodge dealership in beeville, for a oil change. Once i walked in a man named Juan Garza greeted me and ask me what brought me in today. He was very friendly and polite throughout the whole process. I would highly Recommend everyone come and see Juan

  Went the other day for a headlight for my truck. When I walked in through service Juan Garza helped me to the parts department and offered his service to put in the new part. If I wouldn't have been on a budget I would have ran my truck through service just for how he presented himself.

  Blake Fulenwider salesman Robert Lee Carranza was an awesome person. I could have not asked for a better salesman. Honest, humble, waste no time, and gets you what you want. Robert know and treats you as a person. I recommend Robert Lee Carranza to anyone who may doubts they can not get into a new car. God bless.

  Bought a used car from these guys, the salesman told me the oil in the car had just been changed, a few days later I checked the oil and it was filthy. Don't trust the service dept. at this dealership. I got a good buy, but I'd be careful if purchasing a used car from these guys. I would advise the dealer to do better or they will suffer in the long run !

  Excellent service bought my new 2019 dodge classic, got amp steps throught the service department Erica Garcia was excellent assistant to my truck and having the steps put on with out any problems. I recommend her and Blake fulenwider service department.
