  I was brand new to the entire process, Matt Podesto and his team worked with me every step of the way, making sure I understood and answered all questions that came up. They were very punctual and on top of it from the initial contact to the closing date. Requested my first contractor draw and within hours (not days or weeks) they already scheduled an inspection. Blown away by their service and care. My only regret is that I wasted time with other lenders before finding Black Label Capital. Don’t make my mistake, call Black Label first and get with Matt, he’ll take awesome care of you.

  BLC is one of the very few lenders that can offer 100% financing for new construction projects. Their terms and rates are competitive. If you’re looking for max leverage, BLC should be on the top of your list. Customer support is good through email but it’s very difficult to reach anyone over the phone in the company. They are also flexible when it comes to loan extensions and they don’t require a lot of documents to get loans approved. Looking forward to doing more deals with them!

  Black Label Capital was able to get my fix/flip deal funded within 21 days of my initial request. We worked with Matt, Tiffany, and Melissa. They were all great with our requests and paperwork! I will be going back to BLC for more funding's in the future.

  I have worked in a variety of Finance roles with some of the largest banks and corporations in the world. I am extremely impressed with BLC and Matt's Financial Literacy. In addition, by far one of the most professional teams I have dealt with. I really feel like I'm at the table with a Partner and not just a Capital Group who's only interest is protecting and maximizing their bottom line, but a group that is well concerned with their clients. I have done deals with other Hard Money Lenders and I can tell you that most of them aren't qualified for the roles they are in. They aren't transparent and certainly will take full advantage of the numbers to maximize their profits. Kuddos to Matt and BLC!

  Started the process of a refinance in October, fast forward 60 days later and I cannot get a call back or update. The process is beyond stressful and costly. The day before closing, we get an automatic email of the closing being delayed another week with no one to actually follow up on my calls. Spent all morning calling and emailing and have been met with nothing but generic voicemails and no response. This has ruined our holidays.
