Richie Lyons1This company will try to prolong your payment so they can try to foreclosure on your home they will not accept your payment I'm taking them to court to provide documents to the Judge and show all the reviews against them. I've hired a group of attorneys from California to investigate for fraud.

Tori Nadine Caldwell-Talley1Since my dad passed I have been trying to get the bills they send to my dads place to where I am (which is out of state) and the first time i called and gave them my dads address, social, and name, they said, okay. Then told me in order for them to change the address I needed the death certificate, and that I can email it to them along with proof that I am the executor of my dads estate. Okay, so I tried sending my proof to the email they gave, and it was invalid. I even asked her to repeat it to make sure I had wrote it down right. So I call the second time and did the same routine like I did on the last call, but the lady said I needed his loan number. Okay??? All they told me the first time after I double checked with them was I had everything and just needed to email proof( though the email was invalid) now I need the loan number?? .. then I had to wait to get that, as time is ticking before they closed. Finally got that. Called back again on hold forever of course, and when I went to verify all the info that was accurate on all the other calls, was now inaccurate and they can’t do nothing..plus the lady was rude and raised her voice at me. so yeah. Bad business. Slow and the story changes with them. I hope I get better business and get what is considered very important done, and done professionally.

Karla Stanley1For six months they sent my payments back to me, so I had to call and make my payments by phones that cost me more. I finally get all my payments up to date and then the changed my payment date and send the payment stubs to me after my due date.

Fred Krauer, Jr.1I've never done business with them. I've never called them or contacted them for any reason whatsoever, however I received a telemarketing call from them this evening on a number that has been on the national do not call registry since shortly after that registry began accepting the telephone numbers of those who wish to be left alone. Any company that calls a cell phone to solicit business at almost 9pm is clearly not operating with a survivable business model. Personally, I'd avoid business dealings with them at all cost.

CHRISTOPHER LANUTO1The worst company ever. I can't get anything done with them they post the payments wrong. They lose the payments and say they never received. They are the worst mortgage company ever stay far away from them run away. If I could give them a negative 5 star review I woild.

Deborah Cooper1They are dishonest. I had to file bankruptcy, but kept my house. Every year they would come back and say that I had paid nothing. I showed them Money order and check info which proved my payments yet they still reported an arrest age. They are crooks

Je Nun1Customer service is the worst. Can't even make a payment or get a call back. This company is the absolute worst. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. My load was sold here and I had no other options.

Cassie Burks1Worst company ever, they are taking my family home of over 30 years. They put my home in foreclosure, saying that we are 6 months behind which isn't true I have back records to prove it but.....each and every time I try to call I get a different story and then am told to contact the attorney. So I call their attorney to be told contact Mgc about that. I'm stuck here, no money and almost no home. Even the Attorney General of Missouri told me they are a predatory loan company.

Kris Zaccarelli1This company is the worst to try and get a short sale approved. We have had a short sale specialist trying to get this approved, the listing agent and buyers agent trying to get this short sale approved. NO ONE CAN GET ANY ANSWERS!!! IF YOU HAVE A MORTGAGE WITH MGC DON'T TRY AND SHORT SALE YOUR HOME. YOU GET NO WHERE WITH THEM. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!

Buster Smith1Bad company! My mom had this company sadly She passed away and me and my sister contacted the company about making payments til the succession were complete.. the company stated they needed a death certificate before they could speak to us so about 3 weeks later the certificate came in and we sent it to mgc then a week later we received a letter for foreclosure mind you I just had made a Payment 2 months before her death. Losing a parent and dealing with a slime ball company like this didn't make it any easier plus thousands of dollars to get it out of foreclosure and extra for the succession lawyer.
