  I can't say enough about the high level of outstanding customer service at the main branch. Informed, helpful, welcoming, and highly professional. They treat customers like family, no like rock stars! I have nothing but good things to say about the employees there ... Mechell, Kathy, Veronica, Danett, Tara, Amber, Pedro ... just to name a few. I deal with several banks in the area for my clients, but the BHFCU main branch is the BEST! Thank you to all of you who make MY day nicer and easier. I appreciate all of you!

  Is the first time I took my grand son to deposit the pennies that his been collecting since I have the garnishing, I though they going to be nice and be plate with him, from the entrance I ask for the machine of.coins they point it, no one to explain how to use it!! Not even a stool for kidos to step up mind u his 4, the teller WITH head down typing after I give her the ticket( for sure the machine numbers show different that the resieve that she give me at the end) , acct, and money mammals card, other than take for ever counting the bills, NOT EVEN A LALLY POP FOR THIS KIDS?!?!?! WOW, SORRY BUT NEED TO GET NEW PERSONAL IN THE HOUSE. REALLY DESSAPOINT IT. Kido was not happy when we left.

  AMAZING branch and lovely customer service. If you’re looking for someone to help you with your accounts or get a mortage, you have to request to work with Amber Usera-Morris! She’s a life saver and really helps you understand your banking options with BHFCU.
