  I recently purchased a Chevy Malibu at Birdnow Chevrolet Monona. It was my first experience purchasing a brand new car, and I appreciated Lee's help. He was friendly; answered all my questions regarding the new car, my trade in and financing; and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. He and Kyle even stayed late to wrap everything up!

  Purchased new vehicle back in April 2018 everyone was very helpful with the purchsing process. Kyle was extremely helpful with getting me Financed and was very quick and knowledgeable about the lender that financed my vehicle for me. If your looking to purchase a new vehicle make sure to ask for Kyle!

  My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado and the service that I received from start to finish was spectacular! Lee Hagen was awesome! He explained all of the accessories that came with the truck and even helped me get the OnStar set up! He got us the best deal for the right price along with some rebates!! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Birdnow in Monona!!

  We recently completed a double car trade. One trade was easy as they had a vehicle on hand for me. We challenged Justin and his staff to find us a new truck through a dealer trade and they did not disappoint us. It was a very positive experience.

  Birdnow Chevrolet of Monona consistently gives me friendly, caring, results-driven customer service. I'd recommend Birdnow Chevrolet to everyone to buy/service their vehicles there. In early 2019 winter cold snap, my car wouldn't start to drive to work in Monona. Justin bent over backwards to drive to McGregor to jump start it in -20 degree weather (successful after 30 minutes!), drove it to his Monona shop to ensure it was okay/fixed, and provided me with a loaner vehicle delivered to my office. Others who helped me get my car fixed -- Bill, Lori, Jim, Janie, Lee, technicians, etc. -- were all so helpful, knowledgeable and talented. Great job, Birdnow Team! UPDATE: This is a 7 mo. old review I wrote & obviously forgot to hit the "post" button. But, it's never to late to share praise when it's due and especially when winter will be here in 2 short mos. and I may need Birdnow Chevrolet's help again.

  Went to birdnow thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. After test driving that vehicle Kyle just knew it wasn’t the one and was so kind and patient while I test drove a few others, until I found the perfect one! Kyle also did my financing and it was a completely different experience then I was use to when purchasing vehicles in the past. It was quick, easy, and I left THAT day with my car. I just couldn’t believe it. Thank you Kyle and thank you birdnow!!!

  My husband just bought a Colorado truck. We went into Kyles office and he helped us with the financing. He had all the papers ready for us to sign. He was so easy to talk to. I told him I was having trouble with my cell phone to get maps to come up on my cars screen. He said the next time you are this way come in and I will be glad to help you. I was over there today and he was just as kind as the day we signed papers. He worked for 2 hours updating my phone until he got everything to work. You won't find this kind of help in other dealerships. Thank you Kyle.

  I buy all my vehicles at Birdnow in Monona Iowa . Very knowledgeable sales staff . Very friendly easy to deal with , with no pressure on your buying experience . Their service department is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help anyone .
