  Very friendly and helpful. The account numbers and routing numbers change has been a nightmare for over a year for our business but I guess that cannot be helped. I do wish that there was customer service available outside of regular business hours like there was for Associated Bank.

  They have helped me on occasions when I missed an entry which I am grateful for. More recently, I had checks out that were way over due to my daughter (postal error, not the banks). Whit helped me resolve the issue, tracked them for possible theft and all said and done, I was and am VERY SATISFIED with his assistance. Been dealing with Associated Bank for well over 18 years and have never been disappointed in their handling of my account. Trust works both ways and I feel I have that with Associated Bank. Thank you!!!

  The customer care is amazing! Mary went above and beyond her responsibility to help resolve a problem. Also when I had fraud on my account they handled it professionally and quickly.

  Do not recommend this bank at all. When I had fraud on my account I get told the account is being closed (understandable) but I'm no longer allowed to bank there. Save yourself and your money. Go somewhere safer.
