  What an incredible experience! As first time home buyers we were intimidated by the process and were happy to have someone on our side that came highly recommended - Billy Woodson at DG Funding. Billy was happy to answer questions at anytime, was quick to respond to calls /texts, and took the time to ensure we really understood the process we were going through.   Working with Billy was awesome. He made the financing process seemless for us as first time homebuyers. Our purchase was a non-arms length transaction between me/my wife and my grandmother. We opted not to use realtors and Billy went above and beyond to help us facilitate the sale of the house. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful at explaining the nuts and bolts of the mortgage lending process. He also masterfully predicted the effect current world events would have on the interest rate market which led to him locking us in at what seemed like an impossibly low interest rate. Would 100% recommend Billy to anyone in need of mortgage help.

  We were in a pretty impossible situation (fraudulent lien lawsuit, CARES Act, etc), but Billy put out an incredible effort & got us a refi completed right before interest rates skyrocketed again. Very, very grateful for his determination!

  I was the list agent of a property in San Marcos in which the buyers used Billy for their loan. Billy was on top of everything start to finish. He was excellent communicating with me thru the process. The process was short. He got his borrowers in cleared to close status 8 days after we opened escrow. We ended up closing much earlier than anticipated. The interest rate Billy offered his client was really really low compared to what I am currently seeing.
