  Billy Anstett went above and beyond at each step to help me buy my first home. He was available on the weekends when I needed something and got me everything I needed very quickly. I got my first offer accepted and Billy was a huge part of that. And once I got the offer accepted, Luminate Home Loans clearly explained each step of the closing process and made it very easy to stay on track.   Billy was excellent from my initial loan app all the way to close. He was very ready to communicate and tell me exactly what needed to be done. No delays. Straight to the point and happy to help explain anything and had a great processor to help everything along. Now I’m happy in a new home! I highly recommend going with him if you’re a new home buyer or if you’re just financing in general.
