  What can I say about my Apex team aside from the fact that they were ALL awesome!! From the first introductions to the after closing call we felt supported, confident in our decisions, and that we have a team that was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure our first home buying experience was the best.   For five years my husband and I have been searching for a home. With figuring out where to live and starting a business we would start our search but never finish. Through the process (shopping lenders) we met and applied with several lenders. Hands down there is no other like the Bill Mervin team at Apex. Purchasing a home is a process, especially in THIS market, but with every step and hurdle this team supported us and handled the process like a group of Ninjas.   When we found the house we wanted, we had to put in an offer quickly. Jeff walked us through what was needed and was able to get our information in and got us approved on the same day. He explained everything in detail and presented us with various options for us to choose from in terms of PMI and monthly payments. His expertise and friendly demeanor made it so easy and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. Jeff is trustworthy and dedicated and we could not have picked a better person to help us with this process. He was always there to answer our random questions and made us feel comfortable with such a big task. We highly recommend Jeff, his team (especially Eric) and Apex loans.

  This was my first time home buying with out a realtor and I don’t know what I would have done with out Joe! He was in constant contact with me, answered right away, and not only helped me out but the seller as well! He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions.
