  Bill was one of the best agents that I have dealt with and I have moved a lot. During these trying times he was very responsive and extremely professional.   Bill was my selling agent when I sold my house. Bill was was present at every showing of the property. Which I appreciated because it allowed the prospective buyer to get an immediate response to any questions. This is probably one of the reasons that the property was under contract two days after it was posted to MLS. Bill is methodical in his approach and will present you with logical outcomes for what situation you may find yourself in. Bill is also very responsive. I prefer to communicate via text message and regardless of the time of day, I usually got an immediate response. From listing to closing, Bill was on top of everything.

  Bill guided us through the purchase process and we succeeded in a fair price deal on a home we were in love with. He helped connect us with local support: inspectors, title agency, and folks who can fix and improve the aspects we need to deal with. During the inspection he even shoveled out the septic tank door so we wouldn’t get charged by the inspector to do so. Early on we gave Bill feedback on what we needed differently from him and he adjusted right away to ensure the process was smooth for us. I am sure he does for others too so everyone can have a great experience.

  Bill was the listing agent on the house were interested in purchasing. The purchase was a vacation home out of state, he was instrumental in helping us look four and ultimately purchase a home. Bill was the listing agent and we contacted him to look at the home in Madison, NH. He also showed us a few other homes in the area and gave us insight into the local area we would not of known otherwise. I would highly recommend Bill to anybody looking in the area he was easy to contact and wonderful to work with. He helped us before during and after the closing. We love our new home and I don't think we would be here Without all of his help.
