  Simple, professional and comfortable experience with Big Red Tax Service. I couldn't believe how much more I'm getting back than when I was doing them myself. Even though my taxes are more difficult with multiple W2's and 1099's, they got me out in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

  We Highly recommend big red tax service. He was very professional and very understanding of our situation and being new to having someone else do our taxes. But I will say I will not be doing taxes myself anymore. They have a long time customer. Thank you big red!

  To be honest when it comes to taxes I'm clueless, I was under the impression of several things that hurt my refund and kinda screwed me UNTIL I came in and talked to these guys. They broke down EVERYTHING for me and told me how when I filed taxes myself I was making mistakes and within literally minutes they had me a CORRECT refund for way more than I could have expected. I asked about a million questions and they were so helpful and so nice. I will always come back here!

  I came in as a walk in with business AND personal taxes and was out within an hour. The price is amazing for the amount of work they do. You can go to H and R Black and spend hundreds, or come here and spend less, but get a better experience and sleep well at night knowing a true professional did your taxes right. Will be coming back next year as well!

  This is the second year that my wife and I have done our taxes with Big Red Tax services and are once again beyond pleased with the results of the staff. John has done ours both times but the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family.

  I went in to see Jon after reading the reviews. Newer to the area of Bowling Green and he was very easy to work with. I've been struggling getting my taxes back due to having to verify identity. He helped me get my appt set with the local IRS within a day. I was behind and frustrated getting this years taxes done. He made it so simple for me got me, caught up and he's been working with me to straighten all the things out on how to fix everything. He also reviewed last years taxes and found thati was losing money iny return. And he's very willing and been very helpful about suggesting that I need to amend those tax returns. He knows his stuff and glad I have him in my corner to guide me and help straighten everything out. Thanks Jon!
